Our Community Energy and Emissions Plans for Burnaby and Victoria used detailed current and future energy and emissions modeling for buildings, transportation and solid waste, presented through the interactive Climate Action Navigator tool.

Using the interactive modeling in workshops, City staff, local professionals and industry experts evaluated energy and greenhouse gas reduction strategies for reduction impacts, costs and feasibility.

The real-time analysis enabled the cities to set locally-relevant, robust strategic directions and develop action-based implementation plans guided by specific, measurable targets.
